LGR 1 INVERTER

The LGR 1 machine was created to perform small extension diamond wire cuts on marble, stones etc. but also to solve problems related to demolition in the construction sector and artistic processing. The extreme ease of processing, the precision and the speed of execution of the diamond tool confirms the validity of the LGR1 machine. With this system, interventions can be performed , without dust, noise and vibrations, by making cuts of any thickness, extension and inclination, on stone materials such as squaring or for the roughing of monuments but also on reinforced concrete, such as the demolition of bases, walls, pillars, stairs, bridges, roads. The possibility of breaking down the machine into three parts, and its light weight make it easier to transport to small construction sites that are difficult to access. 

INVERTER

The machine is equipped with an inverter to vary the speed of the diamond wire from 0 to 30 m / sec and an inverter for pulling to vary the tension load on the wire. The use of the inverter allows to adjust the speed of the diamond wire during all the cutting phases, and to have gradual starts and stops. Therefor ideal for hard and abrasive materials and for cuts of considerable size and difficulty.

SAFETY PROTECTIONS

Lochtmans's diamond wire machines are equipped with accident prevention means to avoid any risks taken by those who work near the machines, as the breaking of a diamond wire can generate the projection of circuit elements (pearls, spacers springs or parts of a cable) and a possible whiplash of the broken  cable.

REMOTE CONTROL PANEL 

The adjustment and control of the machine takes place via the classic control panel that can be remotely positioned with a 15 mt. long connection cable. It carries out all positioning, adjustment the machine, control and cutting operations. The remote-control panel is equipped with a convenient positioning stand and a box with a closing door. The switchboard is equipped with an emergency button.
