FAST 65
The LGR FAST65 drilling machine is particularly suitable for drilling ø 65 mm, for the passage of the diamond wire.
It can make vertical, horizontal and inclined holes. The high drilling speed, the use of crowns with stratapax and the practicality of use are the characteristics that have made it possible to obtain greater precision and high performance in drilling. The reduced weight of the machine and the possibility of breaking down the machine into several parts make it easy to position and transport.
The machine is mounted on two steel guide columns, ground, chromed, connected by end cross members for stiffening and for fixing to the ground.
The sliding bushings are in alloy bronze, effectively lubricated and protected by suitable dust covers.
The rotation of the drilling tool takes place via an electric motor with three rotation speeds.
The advancement in the drilling phase and the ascent of the machine are operated by a hydraulic system consisting of a mobile hydraulic unit (pressure of 110/120) operated by an electric motor acting on a gear pump, with continuous variation of flow rate, by means of a regulating valve of flow; the control unit is connected, through flexible high pressure pipes, to the hydraulic cylinder which ensures the sliding of the machine body on the guide columns. The electrical safety and command panel is combined with the hydraulic assembly.
The machine is equipped with a quick clamp for tightening the drilling pipes. Anchoring to the ground takes place by means of chains and tensioners to ensure maximum stability and absence of vibrations.
In addition to the execution of total destruction holes, the machine can be equipped with hollow tools for coring and for boreholes.
